  4. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, addressing compensation-related queries and guiding on best practices.
  5. Drive continuous improvement efforts, enhancing efficiency and scalability across compensation processes.
  6. Lead and contribute to special projects, including job framework design, gender pay gap reporting (particularly in Ireland), and Workday Advanced Compensation system enhancements.
  7. Research industry trends, assess best practices, and recommend data-driven compensation strategies.
  8. Flex your schedule one day a week (Tuesday–Thursday) to accommodate US Eastern Standard Time meetings.
What You Bring:
  1. 8-10+ years of direct compensation experience, with a strong background in EMEA compensation policies and compliance.
  2. Prior experience supporting a Professional Services organization in a dedicated compensation role.
  3. Deep understanding of pay transparency laws, salary benchmarking, and compliance trends.
  4. Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and HRIS systems.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex data.
  6. A self-starter with a collaborative approach—ready to roll up your sleeves and drive meaningful change.
  7. Exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills.
  8. Experience working in a large, dynamic, multi-business group organization, ideally in a SaaS environment.
