Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Purpose: Managing the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse including orders, deliveries, stock, customer service, and staff management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day running of the busy Warehouse.
  2. Pick and complete sales orders, wrap deliveries, and complete warehouse paperwork for each dispatch.
  3. Communicate with customers and organize deliveries.
  4. Move and stack materials.
  5. Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner.
  6. Use correct manual handling techniques.
  7. Manage stock, including daily monitoring, recording, and putting away of stocks and deliveries, ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and well maintained.
  8. Perform warehouse duties to maintain smooth operations.
  9. Check that finished product packs are closed/sealed correctly with labels in the correct position.
  10. Ensure safety procedures are followed when operating forklifts and other machinery.
  11. Adhere to all Health and Safety standards in line with Company Policy.
  12. Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements:

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Full Counterbalance Forklift License.

Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday - Saturday)

Immediate start.
