Join Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, as we recruit Professionally Qualified Social Workers for permanent positions in Dublin South Central.

We are seeking experienced professionals to work in a range of services, including:

  • Child Protection and Welfare
  • Duty/Intake (initial assessment)
  • Children in Care
  • Fostering

The benefits of these roles include:

  • A competitive salary between €48,000 - €70,000, depending on experience
  • Permanent employment contract with sponsorship of a critical skills employment permit if required
  • A 35 hour working week with flexible working hours, including compressed hours over 4 days per week
  • Induction and orientation program on arrival
  • Generous annual leave entitlements, including 29 days annual leave and 10 public holidays per year
  • Excellent supervision and training opportunities, with a focus on developing Social Worker strengths
  • Further career progression opportunities within the service

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker
  • Eligibility to apply for registration as a Professionally Qualified Social Worker with CORU
  • Experience and interest in working in children and families' services or child protection
  • A full clean driver's licence is desirable
  • A professional approach to work, flexibility in work practice and excellent verbal and written English

Tusla was established to provide a range of statutory functions, including child protection, alternative care and family support services. The agency has commenced a major improvement programme with a focus on Practice, Culture and Structure.
