We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator based at our Castleblayney site working full time, this is a fixed term position covering maternity leave for up to ten months.As the Accounts Payable Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that all supplier invoices and all other queries relating to payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This includes the day to day running and co-ordination of accounts payable ensuring that the chain of events from receiving the invoice to making payment are met with speed and accuracy.Responsibilities of our Accounts Payable AdministratorRegistering invoices on the system through Softco software or work flowed to delegated signatory for authorization and matched on SAPIssuing workflow emails regarding outstanding invoicesScanning and filing purchase ledger documentationEnsuring invoices coded for nominal and VATPaying suppliers on a timely basis to maximise supplier discountsRaising Bacs paymentsReconciling supplier statementsBeing first point of contact with all creditorsPerforming weekly bank reconciliationsReconciling intercompany recharges and ledger accountsMonth end AP close process and producing month end reportsAssisting with year end and interim audit queriesKey user for SAP AP testingCashflow forecastingCompletion of Revenue RCT returnsWhat we are looking for in our Accounts Payable Administrator:You will have:The ability to challenge current processes.Good Excel skills and the ability to manipulate data.Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:An accounting qualification such as ATI, AAT, CIMA or equivalent Audit qualification.Demonstrate ongoing professional development.Experience of working within a Finance or Audit Department.Experienced in the use of SAP.Has previously worked for a manufacturing organisation.Why join Kingspan Insulation?We are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and we stand behind a common cause – better buildings for a better world.
