JOUW JOB

Je ontwikkelt en beheert (corporate) klanten in de segmenten zorg & educatie. Dit doe je zowel vanuit kantoor, thuis als bij de klant.

Samen met onze accountmanagers breng je de kansen en risico's bij de klant in kaart. Met een passend en onafhankelijk advies creëer je de echte meerwaarde die zorgt voor een toekomststerke samenwerking.

Je adviseert en ondersteunt klanten op hun digitale reis naar de cloud.

Je schakelt op strategisch niveau met de DMU om gunning te creëren bij de stakeholders, om Bechtle (buiten software en diensten) te positioneren en nog relevanter te maken.

Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met vendoren en trekt waar nodig samen met ze op.

Je zorgt voor passend licentie advies bij onze klanten, werkt scenario's uit of voorziet ze van een offerte.

Ieder kwartaal bezoek je de klanten waarbij je ze ook proactief informeert over de lopende contracten, eventuele aanpassingen maar je neemt ze bovenal mee op klantreis in de wereld van software in de toekomst.

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld.
  • Met jouw kennis van IT ben je een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor de klant. Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft. Heb je ook kennis van andere merken? Dat is mooi meegenomen.
  • Vanuit je expertise ben je het gewend om klanten hoogstaand advies te geven.
  • Het sluiten van nieuwe contracten en het uitbouwen van bestaande contracten geeft jou veel energie. Tegelijkertijd ben jij de klantgerichte teamspeler die gaat voor een langetermijnrelatie met onze klanten.
  • Je beschikt over HBO- denk en werkniveau en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met het beheren van corporate accounts met uitgebreide DMU-structuren.
  • Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zijn uitstekend ontwikkeld in het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Je beschikt inhoudelijke over de volgende specifieke Microsoft kennis:
