Was dich erwartet.

Wir gestalten Veränderung. In deiner Rolle als Manager IT M&A (m/w/d) berätst du das Top Management unserer Kund:innen in allen Fragestellungen rund um ganzheitliche Unternehmenstransaktionen und -fusionen der IT-Organisation.

  • Als Trusted Advisor begleitest du unsere Kund:innen bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung sowie der Stabilisierung der neuen IT-Landschaft.
  • Du verantwortest die Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Unternehmenstransaktionen (Carve-Out, Merger, Akquisition) auf Buy- oder Sell-Side mit Fokus auf IT.
  • Du berätst umfassend zu Post-Merger-Integrationen, von der Entwicklung der Integrationsstrategie über die Definition des Operating Models bis hin zur Umsetzung.
  • Dabei agierst du als wesentlicher Treiber für die Modernisierung und Transformation der IT.
Was dich auszeichnet.
  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlicher, technischer oder informationstechnologischer Ausrichtung.
  • Du hast das "Berater-Mindset" und kannst zwischen 3 bis 5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der IT-/Strategie-/Managementberatung oder bei einem IT-Service Provider vorweisen.
  • Deine Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Anwendung agiler Methoden zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und verfügst gegenüber Vorständen und Fachbereichen über ein souveränes und engagiertes Auftreten.
  • Dein Talent, konzeptionell und analytisch, aber eben auch mal kreativ und über den Tellerrand hinaus zu denken.
  • Du kannst nicht nur in der deutschen Sprache, sondern auch in Englisch verhandlungssicher überzeugen.
