Location: Dublin West/Ballymount
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours/Days: Full time (7 am to 4 pm), Monday to Thursday and 7 am to 3 pm on Fridays
Working Model: On-site in Dublin (Ballymount area)
Reporting to: Regional Manager

Duties & Responsibilities- Manage a small retail outlet with 2 employees.
- Manage the P&L and deliver targets around sales, volume, margins and profitability.
- Develop strong working relationships with local tradespeople to drive business growth.
- Strategically evaluate the areas of strength and weakness for your store.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the company.
- Ensure operational efficiency and the highest standards of customer service.
- Merchandise your store to the highest possible standards.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and success.
- Identify and solve problems quickly and effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will be sales-focused, customer-driven, and an effective communicator with the ability to lead and inspire a small team. If you’re currently at Deputy, Assistant or Store Manager level in a retail environment, this is a company that offers a genuine progression path in their business with opportunities to progress into different stores and different roles in their organisation.
The 3 key areas to deliver on are management of sales, staff, and stock.

- Strong sales focus, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Commercially savvy, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- High levels of ambition and drive.
- Basic salary €40k (39 hours per week)
- Quarterly bonuses worth up to 50% of annual basic salary
