We're Hiring: Business Planning Manager – International Marketing (Confidential Role)

Are you a strategic thinker with a global mindset, passionate about business planning, brand strategy, and commercial excellence? We are looking for a Business Planning Manager to join an internationally recognised brand and play a key role in driving alignment, advocacy, and execution across multiple markets.

About the Role:

As a Business Planning Manager, you will lead the end-to-end business cycle for the International Marketing team, overseeing smooth execution of annual business planning, brand strategy, and commercial reviews. You will act as a process leader, optimising operations and enhancing distributor engagement across markets.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead business planning, overseeing key commercial processes including market cycle reviews and brand planning.
  • Drive distributor engagement by developing an annual communications and events calendar to foster strong partnerships.
  • Optimise execution by managing POS materials, retail activations, and on-premise strategies.
  • Enhance processes and systems to continuously improve frameworks and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Coach and collaborate with cross-market teams, ensuring process adoption and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG business planning, trade marketing, or consultancy.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field.
  • Strong project management skills, balancing multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a knack for improving processes and driving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across international teams.
  • A passion for consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and executional excellence.
