Senior Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate

As a Senior Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate, you will be a key player in end-to-end production operations within a flexible, multi-product manufacturing environment. You'll work with both Fed-Batch and Continuous Manufacturing processes and collaborate within a dynamic team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support on-floor manufacturing activities, following batch records, sampling plans, and SOPs.
- Operate cutting-edge equipment and Single-Use technologies within an advanced bioprocessing environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, proactively seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the authoring and review of batch records, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory standards at all times.
- Work cross-functionally with quality, technical, and engineering teams to support seamless production.
About You:
- A Level 7 qualification in science or engineering (or Level 6 with 3+ years of GMP experience).
- Hands-on experience in a GMP manufacturing environment, ideally in biologics.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Familiarity with automation systems such as Emerson DeltaV, Pas-X, and other digital tools.
- Experience with contamination control and batch release processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Upstream and Downstream processing in mAb manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Continuous and Batch Fed manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to Commissioning and Qualification activities.
