Sinc Kitchens are looking for an experienced Field Sales professional with a proven track record in driving sales success.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Sinc Kitchens are one of the UK & Ireland's leading kitchen manufacturers and distributors. Based in Magherafelt, we employ almost 40 people. With a focus on employee well-being, we aim to provide a safe and rewarding working environment for all members of staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in target market.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Showcase key products and value-added services.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, delivering compelling presentations, reports, and quotations.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing your own diary.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Work with other internal departments to ensure provision of excellent customer service.
  • Represent the company's culture of openness and honesty in the field.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience in Field Sales.
  • 2+ years of experience within the Kitchen Trade.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and methodical with a results-driven approach.
  • Proactive mindset with determination to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptable with the desire to learn new skills.
  • Willingness to learn and open to feedback.
