CARE STAFF

TRAINING ENTERPRISE AND EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, LIMERICK

SPECIFIED PURPOSE (MATERNITY LEAVE)

PART-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week)

Salary: 33,699-€ 46,984* (lsi)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:

Minimum of Fully Completed FETAC/QQI level 5 qualification or higher equivalent comparable qualification.

· Full clean manual Irish driving license or the agreement to pass test within 9 month probation period.

· Experience working within the area of intellectual disability and of working with people who have a diagnosis of Autism and Behaviours of Concern.

Desirable:

· Desire to support people to live their best lives and commitment to promoting the active engagement and participation of Service Users in their local communities.

· Willingness to support persons to develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning.

Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
