As a La Prairie Beauty Consultant, you will be our Maison Ambassador, ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning clients, creating carefully curated experiences and perfect etiquette.

Main responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:

Approaching customers and achieving sales:

  1. Adhering to the La Prairie Art of Beauty facial guidelines to ensure that standards are consistent and up to date
  2. Skilfully marry Art of Beauty and selling skills together to achieve KPI's
  3. To build a good client base with the help of internal CRM
  4. Business planning to ensure the beauty room is maximised around key events and launches
  5. Review daily goals throughout the day and liaise with line manager to make improvements
  6. Traffic stop with 'new' launches and marketing lead program
  7. Listen and identify customer needs, ask the appropriate follow up questions in a friendly manner
  8. Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation or an Art of Perfection
  9. Ensure accuracy and compliance of EPOS System for customer records
  10. Ensure events are fully stocked and appropriate customers have been contacted

Visual Merchandising:

  1. Present the beauty room in luxury standard while working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines
  2. Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained
  3. Make certain the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence

Rapport and Communication:

  1. Is aware of needs of others and their impact on them
  2. Ability to be approachable and build relationships with others
  3. Demonstrates ability to listen and communicate both verbally and written
  4. Be informed about current and new business initiatives and to provide feedback to your Account Manager
  5. Willing to work cooperatively as a team member
  6. Possesses persuasion and negotiation skills

Qualifications

  1. Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  2. ITEC diploma qualification level 2 (required)
  3. Experience of providing high quality skincare treatments to clients
  4. Client focussed and dedicated to providing a luxury experience
  5. Polished, approachable and friendly communication skills
  6. Dedicated to achieving / exceeding KPI's
  7. Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team
