A leading PLC Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager to oversee its finance operations in Dublin 18. This is a key role within the organisation, managing a team of up to 10 while acting as project lead for a new AP invoice management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounts payable and payroll functions, ensuring timely supplier payments and payroll approvals.
- Lead the implementation of a new AP invoice management system, including process review, system integration, and user training.
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities, including Revenue reporting and BIK calculations.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and responses.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the department.
- Train and onboard new hires, fostering a high-performing team.
It is expected you have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting software (SAP experience advantageous). Proven leadership in managing and motivating a team.
