We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support our financial operations team at Wallace Myers International. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and financial administration, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Payroll Support: Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle accounts payable/receivable, chase outstanding payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately enter daily financial transactions and ensure proper coding.
  • Monthly Reporting: Support monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with organizing records and various office tasks.

The successful candidate will also possess:

  • Payroll Expertise: Experience in payroll processing and financial administration.
  • Financial Knowledge: Knowledge of invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and budgeting.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
  • Time Management: Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
