We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global provider of engineering consulting services to find a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team in Dublin.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the seamless management of payroll, while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain and update employee payroll records, including changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles.Calculate and process deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related issues.Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.Assist with year-end payroll processing, including issuing W-2s and other required tax forms.Process payroll using Payday software.Act as a Project Analyst (part-time), assisting with the use of Oracle ERP, reviewing project agreements, updating financials in One ERP, and supporting supplier invoice processing.General office admin duties.Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, laws, and best practices.Proficiency in payroll software (Payday) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Excellent time-management abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why Join Us?Enjoy family-friendly and flexible working arrangements.Benefit from a supportive and inclusive environment where your skills and contributions are valued.Access to a range of employee networks and policies to ensure everyone thrives.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a forward-thinking organization, we want to hear from you.
