WE ARE HIRING FOR A FULL TIME FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT AT THE GLASSHOUSE

Here at the award-winning 4-star Glasshouse hotel, we're currently hiring for an enthusiastic, personable team member to join our Food & Beverage team. Working hours will include both weekdays and weekends, with 5 shifts out of 7, 40 hour week - Breakfast shifts start at 7/8am & evening shifts starting at 3pm/5pm.

The role involves working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We require our team members to be customer focused & ensure every guest receives a great service by going that extra step.

Duties Include:
  1. Working as part of a team while having responsibility for your allocation of tables
  2. Greeting of customers in a welcoming manner
  3. Taking orders promptly & efficiently
  4. Anticipating the needs of customers & handling requests
  5. Frequently checking on your tables and ensuring your customers have all they require
  6. Following safety procedures
  7. Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene are maintained & that the food & beverage outlets & service areas are always clean & tidy
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Experience in a similar role within a restaurant / bar environment is desired.
  2. Ability to multitask.
  3. Flexible in their working hours.
  4. Fluent spoken & written English.
  5. Friendly with a good personality.
  6. Knowledge of POS systems
