This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee process implementation and drive improvements across global fund and investment operations. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a supportive leadership team, leverage strong industry knowledge, and contribute to strategic recommendations.

What you'll do:
  • Oversee process implementation for trade operations ensuring global consistency
  • Act as subject matter and technical expert, identifying and resolving complex operational issues
  • Lead internal control framework improvements and formulate strategic recommendations
  • Support portfolio managers to ensure operational objectives are met
  • Serve as an escalation contact, creating, building, and maintaining relationships with portfolio traders and managers
  • Proactively identify and mitigate external events and regulatory changes that impact the team
  • Drive process improvements, identify opportunities to improve accuracy of forecast reports
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support global operations
What you bring:
  • Minimum of five years related work experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred
  • CFA or other financial designation preferred
  • Strong industry knowledge to support relationship management
  • Ability to anticipate portfolio events and lead process enhancement initiatives
