Job Description:The job: Account Executive DACH - Growth
We are seeking fluent German (Deutsch) speakers with sales experience for an exciting company providing marketing software solutions for businesses. The ideal candidate is energetic and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Target buyer personas: Small Businesses, C-Suite, Marketing professionals
- Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual new logo targets
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Maintain a sales pipeline in CRM and utilize prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach
- Create quotes and process orders
- Collaborate with Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and other teams
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience
- Strong knowledge of software, E-commerce, Retail, or Brand domains
- Consistent achievement of sales goals in competitive environments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven success in cold calling and pipeline generation
- Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
- Salary K OTE
