This is a full-time, permanent post offering an excellent salary and benefits package. It is a brilliant opportunity for a current Social Care Leader looking for something new or a professional at leadership level looking to take the next step in their career.

Minimum Requirements:
  • BA honors level 8 degree in social care, applied social studies, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum level 6 in Management is also a requirement.
  • Experience as a Social Care Leader or in a supervisory role is essential.
  • Experience in the Intellectual Disability service is essential.
  • A full clean manual driver’s license and access to their own transport.
  • Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing, and planning skills.
  • Must be fully flexible across 7 days as shifts are varied.
