We are currently looking for a leader for a team that creates and develops a user-level LTV forecasting system and tools for traffic acquisition based on it. Our acquisition is one of the largest in the market, and the evaluation tools are among the most sophisticated, as they are crucial for the business. This position presents a non-trivial challenge, requiring the future leader to have an exceptional blend of technical expertise and an understanding of business goals and needs.

We have established a team where everyone is part of an extensive community of analysts. As the Head of Product Analytics, you won't be limited to interaction solely with the product director and producers. You'll actively participate in the exchange of ideas and experiences, finding support and insights within a broad circle of top specialists in the field. This role allows for influencing the development of other products and directions.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).

Tasks

  1. Elevate the trusted product to a new level of performance within their area of responsibility.
  2. Effectively represent and defend the chosen product development strategy to stakeholders and top management.

Our Stack

  1. Modern stack (Databricks + PySpark) reusable in other companies.
  2. We are not limited in tools; resources are allocated quickly, and the entire AWS is at our disposal.
  3. We collect data through Appsflyer (marketing) and Amplitude (product).
  4. Raw data is stored in S3, ETL on Airflow, prepared tables and views in Redshift. Data quality, lineage, catalog—Monte Carlo.
  5. Analysts manipulate data with SQL and Python in Jupyter/Databricks notebooks; dashboard prototypes are created in Tableau.
  6. We are developing self-service and analytical products for data consumers, relieving analysts from routine tasks.

Requirements

  1. Excellent knowledge and 3 years of experience with Python and SQL.
  2. Passion for analyzing complex problems, a desire to get to the essence of everything; ability to differentiate between tasks important for the business and merely interesting ones.
  3. Deep understanding of applied statistics, extensive experience in data analysis, product/marketing analytics.
  4. Outstanding communication skills, ability to speak the language of business.
  5. Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to take responsibility for results.

Preferred

  1. Experience in managing a team of analysts.
