Technical Business Analyst – 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a key project enabling remote access to a financial services platform. The successful candidate will work alongside the Project Manager to deliver on technical requirements related to networks, security, and user access management (UAM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for remote access enablement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on network, security, and UAM protocols.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including process flows, security protocols, and access management procedures.
  • Support risk assessments and ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to validate requirements and solutions.
  • Work closely with IT and security teams to track implementation progress and resolve technical challenges.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within IT infrastructure, security, or networks.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, security protocols, and user access management (UAM).
  • Experience with documenting security and access management processes in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of remote access technologies, VPNs, authentication mechanisms, and associated protocols.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with IT security teams.

Duration: 6 months
