Cpl Recruitment are partnering with a growing company who is hiring experienced candidates to join their Solutions Delivery Team as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer/Consultant. If you have a strong Microsoft background and a passion for enterprise-class project implementations, we want you to help design, develop, and deliver innovative technology-based business solutions for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners/vendors.
  2. Contribute to Microsoft Dynamics and associated platforms (Azure, SharePoint, IoT, AI).
  3. Adhere to software development and release management lifecycles.
  4. Write specifications for and coordinate with offshore development teams.
  5. Implement technical changes and provide third-level application support.
  6. Consult with end-users to improve system efficiency and security.
  7. Document processes and monitor system performance.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related platforms.
  2. Expertise in multiple industry verticals.
  3. Strong software development skills and methods.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Microsoft Certifications preferred.
  5. Excellent organizational, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle.
  8. Proficient in on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions, data, and system integration.
  9. Experience with Microsoft, Azure, and related platforms.
