Project: RC Frame High-End Apartments
Value: €50m
We are assisting a leading main contractor in Dublin in the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a brand-new project with an expected 2 years pipeline of works.
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Guide your site team from conception to completion
- Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress
- Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff
- Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience with a building or main contractor
- Experience working on projects with a value of €20m+
- Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
