Our Client is currently searching for a skilled and dedicated Area Manager to oversee 15 stores in retail operations, provide training to new team members, and collaborate closely with retail managers to implement sales strategies and ensure all business goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Business Development: Promote sales growth and profitability through effective store operations and strategic planning.
- Training and Development: Mentor and support team members to improve product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that our stores reflect the dynamic and engaging Benefit brand through attractive displays.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Area Manager position, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cosmetics and a keen interest in beauty trends.
- Result-driven attitude with a focus on driving sales and meeting targets.
