ZLAP is searching for a qualified individual to take on the role of Third-Party Technology Assurance Lead. This position involves providing IT information assurance to bolster technology risk management efforts and oversee third-party entities partnering with ZLAP to deliver business services for Zurich Life customers.
Your Role- Gather, assess, and validate information to provide IT controls assurance for third-party service providers aligned with ZRP and local regulatory requirements.
- Identify actions to address IT operational gaps with third-party service providers and collaborate with stakeholders to rectify these issues.
- Support Contract Owners in ensuring and monitoring the execution of IT control activities for third parties.
- Provide input on technology-focused information assurance matters to governance fora and Risk Committees as needed.
- Act as a liaison between Group and ZLAP to facilitate requests, communication, and implementation of new requirements.
- Support Business Continuity/Resilience processes and non-IT third-party assurance activities.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests and queries.
- Holder of Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in IT service and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with secure Application Development processes and controls.
- Understanding of IT Risk Policies, Controls, and action plan development.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Frameworks.
- Proficient in developing tools, reports, and metrics for control evidence.
- Experience in cross-functional, distributed work environments.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks in the financial industry.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive for excellence.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with diverse workloads and pressures.
- Strong problem-solving and judgement skills.

The primary work location for this position is in Blackrock, with the role being based in Dublin and potential occasional travel to other Zurich locations.
