To fuel ambitious growth plans we are looking for a Dairy Supply Chain Consultant to join our fast growing team. This is a fully remote role with flexibility to work in our office, based in Kells, Co. Meath, as needed. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will be provided with a significant opportunity to shape the future of OptaHaul.

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and hands-on Dairy Supply Chain Consultant to help our customers realise and increase the value of their OptaHaul subscription and related services. You will find yourself working as part of a distributed virtual team, liaising with software development, product management and sales with the ultimate goal of helping our customers realise true value from their OptaHaul solution.

Responsibilities:

Assess and analyse client's current supply chain processes, focusing on milk haulage and intake.
Develop and implement strategies to leverage the OptaHaul platform to optimise milk haulage operations and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Monitor and facilitate the customer's adoption of our solution features and functionality to maximise their return on investment.
Demonstrate strategic value to the customer by understanding the customer's ambition for milk haulage optimisation and effectively guiding and directing each customer to embrace best practice in order to deliver their ambition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in dairy supply chain management, logistics or milk haulage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in route optimisation software an advantage.
Location: Flexible (Remote or On-site)
