The role of Accommodation Porter is crucial, collaborating closely with the Accommodation Manager & Accommodation Supervisors.

Role/Responsibilities

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

  • Identify and service designated areas as instructed by Accommodation Management.
  • Adhere to company standards and operating procedures.
  • Clean and maintain public spaces.
  • Manage vehicles safely and according to guidelines.
  • Perform deep cleaning services as required.
  • Report any maintenance issues affecting guest experience or building safety.
  • Ensure prompt response to guest comfort preferences.
  • Proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly.
  • Effective communication with team members.
  • Follow established systems and procedures.
  • Participate in training programs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and public spaces.
  • Report lost property and maintenance concerns to Accommodation Management.
  • Greet guests warmly and courteously.
  • Handle additional duties as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as an Accommodation Assistant in a 4-star hotel environment.
