Role Title: Vice President – Finance International

BU/Segment: Enabling

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Flexible hybrid working)

Employment Type: Permanent

The Vice President – Finance International plays a pivotal role in overseeing finance operations for EXL's International business. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, developing financial processes, supporting decision-making, and fostering growth through collaboration with operational teams.

  • Be the primary finance contact for the International Business in Ireland, reporting directly to the International Business Leader.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive growth, manage costs, and achieve financial goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and engage with auditors and advisors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, manage internal controls, and optimize financial operations.
  • Lead a diverse finance team, provide guidance, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Contribute to expansion strategies and participate in M&A activities and transformations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, with extensive experience in Finance and Accounting.
  • Certifications such as ACA/ACCA are preferred.
  • Proven track record in finance leadership roles, strong communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in project management, automation initiatives, and familiarity with data analytics tools.
