About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team at GMC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project delivery across all construction aspects, with a strong focus on health and safety, compliance, reporting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular updates to the PM and Snr Site Agents.
  • Conduct Site Surveying and Setting Out.
  • Assist in managing plant and materials on site.
  • Ensure high-quality work standards are maintained.
  • Maintain the site diary and necessary paperwork.
  • Attend site meetings to address and resolve issues.
  • Implement Health and Safety protocols on site.
  • Collaborate with Clients and Consultancies as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Full clean driver's license is a must.
  • Relevant qualification preferred.
  • Experience in Civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Integrity and confidentiality adherence.
