About the Role:

In Financial Control, our primary goal is to provide comprehensive accounting services to all parts of the organization. This includes managing accounting processes, financial controls, statutory reporting, and regulatory obligations.

The Financial Control team in Finance comprises small, dynamic, and motivated teams that prioritize inclusion & diversity, well-being, and continuous learning & development to drive AIB's strategic goals.

There is an opening for a Senior Business Analyst role in the Finance Systems Data team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business projects and propose viable solutions to meet requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with AIB's change management practices and BCBS239.
  • Manage internal & external stakeholder relationships.
  • Adhere to AIB's Data Ownership Framework.
  • Implement governance and controls for data integrity in Finance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and meet customer commitments.

What you will bring:

  • Hold a third-level business qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a business analysis role.
  • Confident self-starter with experience collaborating across an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and decision-making situations.
