This distinctive opportunity is ideal for an individual who is warm, confident, and personable, seeking to leverage their experience in implementing social value and impact strategies.

You should have:
- 4+ years of experience implementing social value and impact strategies in a large business, preferably in the construction sector.
- A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Plus additional perks

Currently, we are only considering applications from individuals residing in Ireland who meet the specified requirements.

Our employees are crucial to our success, and our commitment to them includes meaningful work, work-life balance, unlimited career growth, and a supportive environment with exceptional colleagues.

At Sisk, we are dedicated to attracting diverse talent to our team. We understand the barriers that may deter exceptional candidates, such as the confidence gap and imposter phenomenon. Candidates from underrepresented backgrounds are encouraged to apply even if they feel they may not meet every requirement. Your transferable skills have a story to tell beyond technical expertise. Do not hesitate - we are eager to hear from you.
