Are you a dynamic, proactive digital marketing expert with a track record in demand generation and SEO strategy? Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join their innovative and fast-growing team. If you're passionate about driving pipeline growth and creating impactful marketing campaigns, this role is for you.

Our client is searching for a high-energy Digital Marketing Lead with a proven track record in demand generation and SEO strategy to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will design and build a demand generation engine that delivers predictable, scalable pipeline growth across their product suite.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage creative automated marketing campaigns that educate, increase demand, capture engagement, and scale the marketing pipeline.
  • Design, build, and lead campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, Google, Paid Social, Email, Search, Display, and Ad Networks.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to identify sweet spot prospects, tailor messaging, and drive awareness for their products and solutions.
  • Work with content producers and designers to ensure the timely production of marketing assets.
  • Own the performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on a data-driven approach and insights from A/B testing.
  • Deliver accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contribute to the automation of campaign management using HubSpot.
  • Work closely with the Sales teams to nurture prospects and ensure high-intent revenue opportunities are converted to sales opportunities by sharing key goals and metrics and aligning on lead follow-up tactics.

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand, growth, or performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record of successful demand and capture campaign execution with a focus on LinkedIn, paid social, ad networks, email, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify industry and sector-specific issues and create compelling, value-added content for target customers.
  • Innovative growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work.
  • Experience working with specific marketing and sales tools, including HubSpot, WordPress, SEMrush, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to take the initiative, develop projects individually, and work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
