Role Purpose:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you play a critical role in the Energy, Marketing & Data division, and Services & Solutions business. Your role involves executing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement on social media, and strategically optimizing digital marketing efforts to meet key KPIs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to build lasting connections with customers, achieve commercial targets, and propel brand objectives.
  • Lead the brand's digital presence on social media platforms, driving engagement through creative content and activations.
  • Manage in-house content and creative development for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic goals.
  • Oversee paid social media activities, optimizing strategies across different verticals, including consumer acquisition and brand promotion.
  • Act as the main link between social media and customer care, identifying PR risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Collaborate with agencies to drive creativity and campaign optimization.
  • Produce analytical reports to derive insights and enhance social media strategies.
  • Innovate promotion strategies for Rewards offers, enhancing customer retention and engagement.
  • Represent the brand at key events, creating engaging content for social media channels.

Knowledge Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels for conversion and brand visibility.
  • Experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation.
  • Ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions for campaign optimization.
  • Experience in Energy & Services Marketing (bonus)
