Job Summary

Tipperary Crystal are looking for a new Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be joining a varied team of experts in Business strategy, Ecommerce, Marketing, Sales and Design, where they will be contributing to the dynamic and innovative environment at Tipperary Crystal. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and helping to elevate our brand to new heights.

The Executive will report to the Head of Digital Marketing, General Manager and Managing Director.

The Executive will work as part of a team consisting of the Head of Ecommerce, the web development specialist and the SEO specialist. This team will also be working alongside the design team and stock management team as & when required.

The employee will also assist with other duties that fall within the remit of a typical Marketing executive role, at the discretion of the Head of Digital Marketing, General Manager and Managing Director. The employee will also be required to be ready to adapt and change tactics & priorities at the discretion of the Head of Digital Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Paid Ads (Google, Meta & TikTok):

o Proficiency in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).

o Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.

o Skills in creating and optimizing TikTok ad campaigns.

o Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

o Ability to analyse and report on ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

2. Amazon Selling:

o Proficiency in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.

o Skills in optimizing product listings, including keywords, images, and descriptions.

o Understanding of Amazon PPC advertising and campaign management.

o Knowledge of Amazon SEO and ranking algorithms.

o Handling customer service and reviews on Amazon.

3. Social Media Content Generation:

o Ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

o Skills in graphic design and video editing for social media.

o Understanding of social media trends and best practices for organic reach.

o Community management and customer engagement.

4. Copywriting:

o Strong writing skills for creating compelling product descriptions, ads, and marketing content.

5. Web Ecommerce Platforms (BigCommerce):

o Familiarity with BigCommerce's theme customization and plug-ins.

o Edit, upload or remove products details as required, while ensuring imagery for said

o Skills in integrating third-party tools and services with BigCommerce.

o Understanding of basic theme customizations.

Location

Allied House, Unit 804 Northwest Business Park, Dublin 15

The employee will be required to travel to the office, with the potential for hybrid working at the discretion of the Managing Director.

Education & Experience

Third Level Business, Digital Marketing or Ecommerce degree

Two years' experience working in Digital Marketing or a similar role.

Experience

· Paid ad campaigns

· Amazon selling

· Social media campaigns

· Copywriting

· Experience working on web platforms (BigCommerce).

· Experience in using email Marketing platforms (Klaviyo).

· Analyzing and Reporting on Data: Skilled in using analytics tools to measure and report on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Skills & competencies

· Must have a proven track record of collaborative teamwork and achieving common objectives.

· Must excel in time management, consistently meeting deadlines and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

· Demonstrates creativity in developing compelling ad sets and copy, while innovating efficient workflows.

€35,000
