WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

This Marketing Executive role has been developed to assist & execute a diverse range of marketing activities for the Brennan & Co Group. The Brennan & Co Group provides specialist products & solutions to several Healthcare & Industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will work with various entities & departments within the Brennan & Co Group to provide valuable marketing material that supports sales and generates leads.

The successful candidate will work on projects like:

  • Supporting sales teams with novel and interesting marketing material that contributes to sales
  • Coherently integrating sub-brands into the digital Identity of Brennan & Co Group
  • Helping to maintain a digital architecture that processes high-funnel audiences, into loyal customers
  • Building digital creative ad campaigns that focus on segmented audiences and retargeting over time

TASKS/PROJECTS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

  • Updating existing websites across the group
  • Salesforce administration and audience segmentation
  • Managing Group signatures
  • Updating presentation templates and working on bringing key presentations up to brand standards
  • Managing social media (With a focus on LinkedIn)
  • Creating printed and digital graphic designs for Sales Staff
  • Creating and updating sustainability content for our brand
  • Organising exhibitions/trade shows/in-house events in line with branding
  • Liaising with certain agency partners, and under direction, build out landing pages on group sites that adhere to Agency brand guidelines and our brand guidelines.
  • Marketing admin and ad-hoc marketing activities (quick turnaround documents/posts etc)
  • Updating products on our Homecare web-catalogue
  • Oversee basic design and delivery of branded promo items for the group

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  1. Marketing Executive with an interest in - Content management & brand identity
  2. Managing multiple stakeholders within a given project
  3. A step-by-step, diagnostic approach to achieving positive outcomes within more complex projects
  4. Experience in managing paid ads platforms
  5. Experience in creating and managing web content
  6. Experience in using systems such as - WordPress, The Adobe Suite, Mailchimp and Excel
  7. Advanced MS Office including PowerPoint
  8. Experience with Adobe illustrator and photoshop
  9. Creative problem solving
