Microsoft's Enterprise Digital Sales team helps customers maximize the value of the Microsoft Cloud by operating a digital-first organization aligned with partners worldwide. Working in local subsidiaries or Digital Sales centers globally, you will engage with enterprise customers to achieve their business goals through top-notch digital engagement and partner collaboration.

Customer Market: Israel

Microsoft introduces Copilot for Microsoft 365, an AI assistant that democratizes AI for everyone in Israel. In this role, you will assist enterprise customers in unlocking the power of AI across their organization, Microsoft 365, and Surface devices.

Your role involves executing Microsoft's business priorities by delivering top-tier cloud services to managed customers, fostering digital transformation, and enhancing customer success. Your strong sales acumen, understanding of enterprise needs, and ability to nurture customer relationships will be key to achieving sales targets and driving success.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs):

Sales and negotiation experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field AND 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience or relevant work/internship exposure.

  • Experience in selling cloud services to large/global customers.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and utilizing partner solutions to address customer needs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competition.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of Microsoft's solutions and understand Microsoft's position concerning competitors.
  • Experience in end-to-end customer sales leveraging available programs.

Responsibilities

As a Modern Work Digital Specialist, you will act as a solution sales expert within our enterprise sales unit, engaging with key customers. Working with a team of technical, partner, and consulting resources, you will steer the sales process to meet or surpass solution sales targets in your assigned accounts, providing value and satisfaction to customers.

  • Sales Execution: Collaborate with team members to identify customer needs and contribute to solution development. Build a network of external stakeholders and implement strategies to close Modern Work opportunities.
  • Business Value Selling: Expand Microsoft's relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers by identifying new opportunities and leveraging Modern Work solutions.
  • Scaling and Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to plan and execute Modern Work opportunities to drive sales.
  • Technical Expertise: Initiate conversations with Business Decision Makers, share knowledge, and act as a subject matter expert to make pursuit recommendations.
  • Sales Excellence: Collaborate with partners for account planning, compete plans, forecasting, and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers.
