The opportunity

Stakeholder and Communications Manager - Dublin, Ireland

Mace are looking for a Stakeholder and Communications Manager to join our team to work on large scale and complex Infrastructure projects in Dublin.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the client in overseeing stakeholder management and communications throughout the lifecycle of the programme / project.
  • Undertake a review of current stakeholder management strategy (including processes, procedures, controls, systems and reporting) and communications strategy to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Update and development of the stakeholder management strategy to ensure efficient and coordinated management of stakeholders.
  • Update and development of the communications strategy designed to ensure efficient, coordinated and transparent communications.
  • Assist in developing the stakeholder management and communications requirements for the contractor(s) during the procurement process, and support in the evaluation of the submissions received.
  • Report to programme / project team and senior governance levels on progress against the stakeholder management strategy.
