Customer Success Representative

Job Description:
GirlCrew is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their overall experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with our company
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to our products and services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and confident with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Experience in people management is a plus
