Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Salesforce Ireland in Limerick, Munster. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their success with our products and services. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of Salesforce products
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions
- Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development of customer success processes and best practices
- Provide feedback to product development teams to drive product enhancements based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated cooperation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
