Join our team to play a key role in transforming the way we assist customers in maximizing the value from our hiring platform. The primary goal is to help customers find the right talent, aligning with our Stepstone vision of providing the perfect job for each individual. As part of the Customer Success department, you will lead a high-performing team focused on enhancing the return on investment (ROI) for our users. Your main responsibilities will involve driving renewals, reducing churn, and promoting account growth. We are looking for someone who deeply values both individuals and customers, has a growth-oriented mindset, and comes with solid experience in a similar role.

This role is crucial to us as we collaborate to reshape the labor market to benefit everyone.

Your duties:

  • Guide and support a dedicated customer success team, overseeing our top three hiring platforms in Ireland.
  • Foster the professional growth of our CSM team, encouraging development and ensuring they remain industry frontrunners.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to align customer success efforts with overall business goals.
  • Responsible for consistently meeting team KPI objectives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in customer success to enhance our strategy.

Requirements

Your skills and qualifications

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in a B2B setting, preferably in customer-facing positions
  • Capability to mentor and develop team members, focusing on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Customer-centric mindset, prioritizing our customers in every decision
  • Strong communication skills with expertise in managing stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking to extract insights from data trends
