We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can help us nurture and grow our e-commerce customer base. Life of a Customer Success Manager at Modash

Here are some things you might do in a week as a Customer Success Manager at Modash:
  • Customer Growth: Take the lead in driving account growth, focusing on expanding our ever-growing B2B customer base. Take full ownership of their post-purchase journey, from adoption to expansion. Actively seek out new opportunities from the existing customer base
  • Relationship Building: Get to know our customers as thoroughly as possible. From onboarding onwards be the first point of contact. Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships. Plant seeds for future opportunities. You're the bridge between customer needs and our solutions
  • Relationship Management: Take charge and eagerly tackle the responsibility of staying ahead in all customer interactions. Organize onboarding sessions, craft impactful recap emails, or find ways to build new relationships. Always remain accessible to our customers, whether through online meetings or email
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales and Success team to ensure seamless customer experience from the first touchpoint. Work with our Product team to provide feedback and explore and deliver customized solutions. Work with our Marketing team to build customer advocacy
  • Learning and Educating: Become the master of Modash and an expert in influencer marketing. Use your knowledge to make our customers successful. Fearlessly embrace opportunities for continuous learning and growth

Requirements

This is how we imagine you are:
  • This is not your first Customer Management gig, preferably you have been managing and building customer relationships in B2B Saas industry previously
  • Fast-paced working environment has proven to be suitable for you. But you never compromise quality over speed
  • Have enjoyed the startupish/scaleupish company vibes ? Bonus points to you
  • You are praised for your excellent communication skills no matter the medium you're interacting with people in. You actively listen, ensure efficiency with the right questions and infect with your positive energy. Your style is building rapport in a non-formal but still professional way
  • While we might not want to turn to you with questions related to the Oxford comma, we do want to be constantly amazed by the exceptional level of your English skills
  • CRM is your friend you visit often. Your new friend might be familiar too - Vitally
  • Being data-driven is your natural strength, and having measurable targets helps you stay focused
  • You share the same mentality as us. We are not people of manuals and rules but rather create processes along the way. Instead of giving stamp answers to our customers, you can figure out your way with your unique voice as a Modashian
  • While we don't expect you to be experienced in influencer marketing, we do hope that the idea of learning more about it is thrilling for you
  • This position is open for candidates located in Ireland
