Job Description:

As an Online Customer Success Manager at Wia, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide support, and offer solutions to any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Provide guidance and support to clients on how to best utilize our services
- Monitor customer usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and implement solutions
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling
- Provide training and onboarding to new customers
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Track and report on customer success metrics and KPIs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and resourceful with a proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with online customers or SaaS products is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
