Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Dropbox Dublin in Cork, IE. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of online customer support representatives, ensuring excellent customer service and support via various online platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Develop and implement online customer support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with product development teams to address customer feedback and enhance product offerings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a positive and inclusive working environment for the team, promoting diversity and belonging

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in online customer support or related field
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable and dedicated work ethic
- Time management and strategic planning skills
- Experience with customer support tools and platforms
