Job Description:

LetsGetChecked is seeking an experienced and passionate Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online live chat platform, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of online chat agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor and analyze chat conversations to ensure excellent customer service and performance metrics
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat platform
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online chat management
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and resolve issues
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in online chat management or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and improve chat performance
- Confidence in making decisions and handling difficult situations
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and delivering results
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency with chat software and customer relationship management tools
