Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Airbnb Ireland in Waterford, Munster. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Airbnb users through online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Provide guidance and support to customers on how to use the Airbnb platform effectively
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and addressing customer needs effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures to accurately assist customers with any questions or concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
