Job Description:
We are seeking an Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at VMware Ireland in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for a hardworking and passionate individual with excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms
- Manage and maintain client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall client experience
- Assist in the development and implementation of online client service strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in online client service or a similar role
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience with online customer service platforms is a plus
