Job Description:

Kerry Group is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Galway, Connacht, IE. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the online customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online customer experience and drive customer engagement.
3. Oversee the resolution of customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the online customer service platform and processes.
5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to online customer service.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing online customer service teams.
3. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing environments.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service best practices.
