Hexafly is seeking an experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a key member of the customer success team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online accounts to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of online accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues.
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and offer support as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide training and support to customers on how to use Hexafly's online platform effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in a customer support or account management role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Confidence and independence in decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction metrics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
