Job Description:

Boston Scientific Ireland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing online customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall customer support experience
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure a seamless online experience
- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Manage customer support metrics and KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
