Job Description:
As an Online Client Support Specialist at , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their websites, guiding them through technical issues, offering solutions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through online chat, email, and phone communications
- Provide guidance and support to clients using our website-building tools
- Collaborate with other members of the client support team to find solutions to complex issues
- Document client interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system
- Stay up-to-date on product updates, service changes, and industry trends to better assist clients
- Continuously strive to improve the client support experience and exceed performance metrics

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Strong technical skills with a working knowledge of website-building platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Driven and energetic personality with a passion for helping others
- Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
